Firas brings 17 years of international experience in development, program management, capacity building, and ESG integration. His career spans European institutions and international organizations across the EU, Africa, and the Middle East, where he has partnered with donors, governments, and financial institutions to design and implement strategic solutions that address complex challenges, drive sustainable growth, and embed robust environmental, social, and governance practices. At Hermon Team, Firas leads the organization’s founding vision. He directs high-impact initiatives, streamlines operations, and ensures that every program advances economic development, social progress, and long-term sustainability.
