Ali Ali

Ali is a development practitioner with extensive expertise in SME support, access to finance, and higher education reform in Iraq. He has designed and managed USAID, EU, and Dutch MFA–funded initiatives, including SME loan clinics, youth internship programs, and university–industry partnerships. From his base in Erbil, Ali coordinates program design, stakeholder mapping, and performance monitoring for Hermon Team. He advances private sector lending, digital skills development, and vocational curriculum reform to strengthen entrepreneurship across Iraq and the MENA region.
